Job Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide first line support to business users
• Integrate with the technical team & functional team for all matters related to CoJ Business
• Client engagement to assist with day-to-day issues, documenting business requirements.
• SAP Process assistance and user management.
• Data Analysis
• Troubleshoot any problems reported.
• Produce job aids for user usage.
• Assist the training department with the understanding on the developed solution
• Assist with authorisation requests
• Conduct peer reviews as required
• Responsible for ensuring the proposed solution is aligned with the overall business requirements.
• Identify potential risk within the environment. Participate in the change request process which includes performing impact assessment, development and testing
• Responsible for the timely preparation and reporting of progress status updates to the line manager and client
• Responsible for managing and resolving all problems reported and service requests received within the Service Level Agreement.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, manage timelines and expectations, and produce high quality deliverables (documentation and presentations
Job Specification and Requirements
• Understanding of SAP functionality in SAP ISU and SAP CRM
• Business Process Re-engineering skills
• Escalation/change control process knowledge
• Knowledge of the Incident Logging System
• Communication and interpersonal relations
• Ability to do informal over the shoulder or classroom refreshers.
• The candidate should possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working on SAP with at least 3 years of working experience in SAP ISU & SAP CRM.
• Testing and solid knowledge of SAP overall.
• Knowledge in integration with other SAP modules is essential
• Knowledge of SAP methodologies and toolsets.
